Hari ni Alhamdulillah hari yang menggembirakan..apa jua rezeki Allah dan berapa bnyk pon Adaa bersyukur dan itu menjadikan hari lebih indah (wpon darah mendidih kejap tadi hahah)

Hari ni Adaa dpt new info, dari adik biz ku Za Fair ttg penggunaan Alfalfa sebagai scrub dan info dari kakak biz ku Nafiza untuk minum alfalfa tea..bunyi menarik kan? asyik2 tablet je bosan jugak hehe mcm mana nak buat scrub ni?

 

tu dia..siapa kata tak untung..beli sebotol kecil alfalfa ade 330 biji , yang besar lagilah 700 biji, dah lah murah..sambil makan, sambil berscrub ..kan ke value for money tuuu

Bagi yang tak suka nak telan2 pil, ha, ini bukan halangan untuk anda rasai kehebatan alfalfa..boleh buat tea tau!

Macam mana nak buat tu?

1.Ambil 5-10 biji alfalfa

  1. Masukkan dalam gelas/cawan bersama air suam (taknak lah panas, nanti zat hilang hehe)

  2. Biarkan, atau hancurkan..kacau2, minum!

Ala2 teh cina gtu..tapi kalau ada yang tak gemar minum mcm tu..takpe..sejukkan..then campurkan dengan smoothies..yummy! untuk resepi smoothie, adaa paste balik dari entry lama ye..bezanya, just add alfalfa tea tadi..sesuai untuk memulakan hari anda, HEALTH BOOSTER gtu 🙂

Ingredients:  
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 banana
5 strawberries
1/2 cup yogurt

Directions: 
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!

Mealshake smoothies

Bahan-Bahan

1 -2 cups Fresh Milk (low fat or fullcream)

1 tbsp ESP

1 tbsp Mealshake

Forzen fruit (berry ke..banana ke..anything that u like)

Ice (secukup rasa )

Cara-cara

Campurkan semua dan blend! Ready to serve :) Simple saja

Ingredients
Makes one serving
1/2 cup cold water
2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder (ganti dengan ESP atau Cinch)
1 tsp granulated coffee (tak perlu sbb nnt penyerapan protein kurang efficient, boleh ganti dengan serbuk koko)
3-4 frozen strawberries
5 ice cubes
Directions
Pour water into blender and begin mixing on lowest speed. Add 2 scoops of whey protein powder(ESP or Cinch) and blend for 10 seconds.
Gradually add ice cubes, frozen fruit, coco powder and then blend on high speed for 1 minute, until ingredients are completely mixed. Serve cold!
