adakah cara hidup kita , faktor ekonomi, qualiti makanan malaysia punca kita gemuk? well, a bit of everything i would say. nk cari makanan yang segar susah kalau dibandar, nk jumpa pasar pon susah..huhu ni pengalaman sendiri selama 5 tahun hidup sekitar selangor, kl. sekarang dah pindah terengganu baru jumpa yang fresh2 tapi..mahal pulak..hihi tu contoh lah kan..tapi tiada alasan untuk hidup secara sihat. nak seribu daya ye tak?

Bagi yang dah terlanjur gemuk (seperti ku ups!) jangan risau..it’s never to late..anda boleh amalkan pemakanan sihat dan cara hidup sihat mulai sekarang..bagi yang mencari2 makanan yang sihat tetapi mengenyangkan, anda boleh lebihkan protein dalam diet harian anda.
