Untung ada ESP..memang penyelamat!~: Info penting untuk ibu hamil

Masuk hari ni rasanya dekat 3 minggu dah suami n anak2 membujang hehe this time..alahan sangat ketara..perubahan paling jelas lah berbanding 2 pregnancy sebelum ni..apa yang ketara nya?

Satu, awal2 lagi badan sangat melebar..upss nooo!!!..Dua, muka sangat2 berminyak sampai macam dilumur-lumur huhu dan hasilnye, berjerawat tak hingat dunia..kulit muka makin gelap, badan mudah berbau..(ini jarang2 orang alami..tak pernah terfikir akan kene..owh nooo), dan deria bau yang sangat peka..bau bawang seketul pon tak boleh..menumis apatah lagi..lauk2 mentah..huhu mintak jauh..tgk orang masak kat channel AFC astro tu..selalu terliur2 lah, (I’m a food lover!) tapi skang rasa nak muntah time tu gak huhu..perut tak tahu ape yang boleh terima..setakat ni yang betul2 boleh makan dan tak keluar semula ialah..

Egg Muffin McDonald..tak tau lah sebab ape..tapi mungkin sebab portion nye kecil dan totally dry!..kire kalau time tak pregnant tak hingin lah makan kosong gini, paling tidak pon bubuh sos kan..ni takda minyak langsung dan takda rempah..(rempah kan berbau)..huhu dan yang tak putus dirumah

Huhu tapi yang putih je lah..kadang2 boleh lah chocolate raisin tu..huhu seksa mak aih..bangun pagi jenuh duk pk menu dalam kepala..

Hari tu terfikir, nak bancuh ESP+fresh milk..dah lama tak boleh telan sebarang makanan kan..so apakata breakfast dengan ESP je..at least teralas jugak perut..dan Alhamdulillah..memang penyelamat..rasa nak nangis je bila dapat minum..sejuk2 dengan buih yang enak..

Memang terbaik..bukan sahaja bantu perut kenyang..tapi sangat bagus untuk badan ye..Basic need for everyone. If sel badan tak sihat..mcm mana badan nak sihat kan..sebab tu mkn lah segala jenis vitamin or ubat payah je nk berkesan..sel yg sihat mcm span baru..serap air dengan mudah dan bnyk..if sel lama yg x sihat mcm span yg dah lunyai..nk buat basuh pinggan pon dah tak effective kan?

Sebab tu adaa kata ianya basic need..kalau untuk ibu hamil especially diawal kehamilan ni lagi lah..kenapa?

It also is good for your baby because every human needs some form of muscle. Muscle is what helps your baby learn to hold his head up, which is very important for the growth of your little one. Many women do not realize how much muscle they will loose while they are pregnant due to the lack of exercise. With the help of protein you might not loose all of the muscle that you need to stay healthy and carry on with your everyday life.

Importance Number Three: 
Protein provides you with the nutrients and antioxidants you need to keep your immune system healthy. A lot of women think that vitamin c is what keeps your immune system going strong but a lot of it comes from protein. Vitamin c is also a big help, but when you are pregnant it is best to stay away from an over load of vitamin c due to how hard it is to digest. Protein on the other hand is much easier for you and your baby to digest and does a lot of work on your immune system to keep you and your little one as healthy as can be.

ha..kan..penting kan..so kalau anda rasa boleh amalkan mkn telur, ikan, Alhamdulillah..teruskan..tp mcm adaa yang skang ni mkn pon tak berapa boleh masuk, so ESp is my best choice..dan adaa sangat suka sebab ESP ni dah jadi best friend sejak pregnant anak kedua..sampai pantang..sampai breastfeeding..sampailah pregnant anak ketiga ni..so memang best lah 🙂

Yang tak pregnant or breastfeed pon berlumba minum ESP ni, apatah lagi kita kan..demi diri dan anak..:).. Nak try jom pm adaa
