Adaa tak pernah sangka minyak ikan (fish oil) sebenarnya sbgt bnyk manfaat..untuk ibu menyusu, ibu hami, ibu berpantang, orang yang menajaga badan, turunkan kolesterol, bakar lemak,  radang sendi aka sakit urat hehe dan macam-macam lah..ingatkan dulu untuk minda je..rupanya terlalu banyak kajian telah dibuat dan khasiat minyak ikan ni memang terbukti sangat bagus utk semua peringkat umur.

Zaman sekarang ni dengan habuk yang penuh diruang udara, pastu pulak kita duk dalam aircond..cuaca kat luar pulak kejap panas membahang, kejap sejuk mcm salji..memang tak membantu lah..huhu ape lagi untuk pengidap asma..huhhu

A 2003 study published by the University in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine titled, “Fish Oil Supplementation Reduces Severity of Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction in Elite Athletes,” followed 10 elite athletes with exercise induced asthma symptoms and 10 with no symptoms. All of the athletes in the study received either fish oil capsules (3.2 g EPA, 2.2g DHA) or placebo capsules daily for three weeks. The fish oil diet significantly improved post-exercise lung function and levels of inflammation for the athletes with exercise-induced asthma symptoms.

Researchers concluded that fish oil supplementation helps elite athletes who have exercise-induced asthma symptoms by deducing narrowing of airways and inflammation, therefore lower the need to use medications.

Indiana University researchers who concluded that fish oil was helpful for elite athletes in 2003 now conclude their 2006 research by stating that fish oil supplementation may represent a potentially beneficial natural intervention for asthmatic subjects who have exercise-induced symptoms of asthma. Since approximately 90 percent of people with asthma do experience exercise-induced asthma symptoms, this research can help many people..
